Carpet Makeovers

I have been wrestling with various types of stains in my place of business (a banquet hall) that has over 5000 square feet of carpet!!!!! Trying to go the cheap route I have been buying over the counter stain removers, scrubbers, dyes, etc in order to keep from having to call in someone to take care of the entire carpet. However, I quickly found out that not only do I save myself a lot of time and headache by getting it professionally done, but I saved a ton of money by contracting Carpetmakeovers to come in on a regular basis to maintain the quality and care of the carpet in my facility. Not only did he (Reggie) save me THOUSANDS of dollars that I thought I was going to have to spend on getting new carpet, but his expertise and willingness to help allowed me to understand preventive measures that I could take against various spills, stains, etc. So now I get regular cleaning and care from Carpetmakeovers for my facility and every weekend my guests walk in to a banquet hall that looks like the carpet is brand new. Thanks to Carpetmakeovers it is!!!!!!

I used this company based on a referral from a family member. I was sold on using another company, but because my family menber insisted, I called Carpet Makeovers. Mr. Williams scheduled an appointment with me. He arrived on time, in uniform and ready to work. We agreed on a service and a price. Well this is one time I got more than I paid for. My carpet was beautiful. Get this, there were little plastic shoes left at the door for my family so they would not track the carpet. I have used Carpet Makeovers several times dince and I refer them any chance I get. they certainly gained my confidence and dedication.

My wife is always on me about drinking my coffee in the formal living room. The sofa in this room is so plush and comfprtable that I sit on it and drink my coffee when ever she is not home. On this paticuliar morning, I went to the above mentioned sofa with my coffee and looking away for a second, I missed the sofa and sit flat on the floor. Coffee went all over the place. Thewe were coffee stains in the light colored carpet as well as the sofa. I had been given this business card sometime before with the little kid on the front which is why I keep it. The only thing i could find at the time. Called the number spoke with a tech, made an appointment and prayed. (2) two hours later, you would not have know the incident ever happen. This company has earned my vote and confidence by being professional, timely and honest. The tech pointed out the coffee spills on the walls to me.

I have a rental property and I could not afford to change the carpet. I had the carpet cleaned and it looked okay for a day and then the stains came back through. I was talking with my co-worker about it and was told to call Carpet Makeovers. She said that this company had saved her parents old outdated carpet that they were about to change out and that it loooked almost new. Of course I was not looking for a miracle, just a few months on the lease before having to change out the carpet. well a miracle I got. The carpet looked great. This company will have my business as long as I need carpet cleaning. The technician was polite, courtest and believe it or not (on time). I was beginning to think customer service had gone away. But this company had shown me that it all depends on who you are working with.

I was in the process of replacing my carpet. My sister told me about Carpet Makeovers. I called the company and mr, Williams called me back and made an appointment He told me he could do a complete deep clean as well as a scotch guard treatment and that I could probably save the carpet for a couple more years. He told me that If I was not satified with the job, I didn't have to pay. an hour and an half later, I thought I had new carpet. Needless to say, I called and cancelled the installation order. I was very amazed at the outcome of the cleaning as well as the professional service renered.



Mr. williams was there when he said he would be. He educated me on the care of carpet and left me a treatment to use to keep my furniture looking new. It is service such as this that will keep me calling on the company again an again.

I have used Carpet Makeovers several times now over the past 2 years and it was about time that I made it known that this service is excellent. Very professional people and they do exactly what they say they can do. They are on time which is very important to me and very curtious. When they leave, my carpet looks just like what the title says, it has gone through a makeover. I give this company 5 out of 5 stars for their service beginning to end.

The staff was on time, quick and courteous... and they did a fabulous job. What more could you ask for? I would definitely reccommend this service to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times by the technicians from Carpet Makeovers. Each time was a true delight. They were always knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They always surprised me by removing a stain that i thought would be permanent. (My child seems to spill alot). You definitely can't go wrong with this company!
