Progressive Waste Solutions

I called Progressive Waste Solutions today to cancel my subscription with them due to another company offering significantly lower rates. When I called, the representative was very courteous, but asked me why I was cancelling my subscription. When I told her that there was a cheaper company in town, she immediately offered to match the price of the cheaper company. In about 5 minutes, my quarterly bill was knocked down significantly. Count me impressed.
