Pinos 100 Central

Thats Italian ! First time my wife and I went to the new location on Central Ave.My wife had the Branzino and I had Osso Buco. Great service by Douglas and also the bartender made a perfect Martini . Enjoyed listening to the live jazz. We will be back soon Pino's !

My wife and I had dinner at Pinos in January 2009 and loved it. Both the dinner and service were excellent. We will definitely return.

I've known pinos for 15 years. Last week on Tues evening was the worst experience I have ever had in sarasota. The service was attrocious, the food was bad and when Pino was asked to come to the table, he was arrogant and teated us as if we were ignorant tourtists. I shall never return and neither will my guest. Both of us have been in Sarasota over 30 years.

It use to sit on the charming corner of Main Street and Gulf stream, and what was and still remains one of my local favorites. With anything in life especially restaurants, expansion and moving locations takes time and adjustments. The new Pino?s is bigger but with time and patience its improvements and adjustments have far exceed any expectations I might have had. The staff and friendly chefs always make me smile, and when I go to Pino?s its family, I never feel like a stranger. Pino is an exceptional chef and talented in culinary arts. The food is always fresh and made to order so I know am receiving a quality product, which I don?t mind waiting for. Though I don?t live here all year long, when I do come in from Chicago this is the restaurant I choose to spend my time in. -Sofia Cordes

the food was good but they messed up our reservation when we finally got a table it took a hour from our first course ( a soup that was like cream of walk in cooler with the celery strings in it ) to our second course and the server came up and said sorry sir we are out of the ossobucco we ordered over an hour ago and we had to wait a additional 30 minutes to get a good but very late replacement. plus they didn't have 3 of the bottles of wine we wanted. all and all if there still around in about a year ( so they can fix things ) we'll give them another try.
