Went thru the drive-thru and ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffin. I got an Egg Mcmuffin with a burnt hamburgar on it, no sausage!

Great customer service! Employees are very friendly and service was fast. They have promotions going on constantly. I will be returning very soon!

I ordered my fish sandwich with no cheese. I specifically said it twice because I am allergic. It came with cheese. I told her that it had cheese on it and asked her to make another one. It came back within seconds. As I pulled away I checked again just to see residue of a cheese slice. The employee simply peeled it off the sandwich. This is gross and negligent of the employee to alter my food to save time. It is also very very dishonest. I will be calling corporate. The supervisor was not there. Her name is apparently Joanna and the employee that took my order is named Paula. Never ever will I be back.

I was born and raised in Chicago and this place is the real deal. Chicago has been swamped with Portillo's which serves Chicago hot dogs but I prefer the independent small business owner...like Tony's. I've had their dogs and Italian beefs which are both served as good as anybody's in Chicago. Besides, the walls are covered with Chicago and Cubs pictures and memorabilia which are great fun, especially for a guy from Chi-. Be careful because the dogs come with a sizeable amount of fries, two may be out of the question for anyone except the biggest appetites. Well done, Tony's.

Horrible service, they where under construction, I went through the drive thru window to order 2 banana smoothies and one frappe, the guy who took my order heard one smoothie, or was not paying attention when I ordered. when I go to pay they only charged one banana smoothie and one frappe I pull up to the second window, where this older women, around her 50's African American was there she hands me the drinks and I tell her I ordered 2 smoothies only got charged with one, she became very threatening and extremely rude and unprofessional, acting like she wanted to fight me. I became very angry, and made sure to address with the corporate offices that are in charge of the mcdonalds in this area. They assured me they would directly address this with that specific employee although they where all unprofessional, they need to really check who they hire. Disappointing service.

Every time I go to this location my chicken is sooo greasy..I cook fried foods on a regular so I know if the bottom of the box is oily and the chicken is oily it came straight out the fryer.. I will never go to this location again and wouldn't reccomend anyone go there unless you like unhealthy greasy chicken. smh this is the napkins I used and the bottom paper the chicken was on is also on the photo..Sincerly hungry mad ex customer!!!

This was my first foray into the store called Culver's.1.Service was okay.2.The food? Well lets just say this. The burger was not pleasing to the eye at all, and it was a greasy tasteless mess. The fried cheese kurds were nothing but fried bread and no cheese. The fries were okay, your basic DQ fries. I don't expect to return any time soon.

From one Tony to another you make an awesome sandwich. The hot beef dipped is the best I've had in florida and the double bacon burger is possibly the best I've ever had that I didn't make myself. Keep up the good work.

They do not answer the phone ,.I called to ask what time they opened so I could get a sub before going fishing . But they do not have courtesy to answer the phone . So i will go to firehouse sub

NEVER TO GO THERE....ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING IS EITHER THEY GIVE OUT THE WRONG FOOD....PREPARE IT WRONG OR THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD...SEEMS LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ORDER AND HOW WE WANT IT..........WORST MCDONALDS EVER
