I trust Seth and appreciate the attention to detail he gives to my 26 year old VW Westfalia. I plan on bringing all my vehicles to him for maintenance and repair. I also appreciate how attentive Robert and Mike are when I drop off, pick up my car or have questions.

I've been a Mastercraft's customer for over fifteen years and their service and quality of work is the best. I've never been disappointed with any of the work they have done on my various vehicles: 1970 VW Bug, 1972 Porsche, and 1998 VW Bug. They are responsive to my vehicle's needs and I appreciate their prompt and detailed customer service I receive.

But I was disappointed this time that it took a few extra days longer than estimated, and only washed the outside of the car....:(

I also liked how they could explain what seems like magic to me, and show me the actual broken parts. I learn so much about cars the more I go to them.
