Former Customer for 12 years

I started going there in 99'. I've the change of ownership passed to current owner Victor to countless waiters I've that have come and gone. Many of them I've befriended. Anyhow, I used to go at least three times a week to order my #25 ALWAYS. Wife would get Mongolian beef which still by far the best. HOWEVER, the quality and quantity has dropped significantly. The service has gotten even worse and with those combination of those three factors I stopped going to this place 8 months ago. Sorry Victor...My family and I wish u the best.
Word to the wise, if you liked their special chili oil sauce that sits on the tables, make sure there are no dead flies in there. Its difficult to see them until its too late. It happened to me 5 times on seperate occasions and at different tables. Fortunately by the time I scooped the chili oil sauce into my bowl, the dead fly would already have floated to the surface. BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS.
I like to call myself a "Pho Connoisseur" and this place used to be one of my favorite places to come back to after being out the country. Now I can't even drive by this place without feeling nauseous but at the same time pitty for such a wonderful family restaunt to now becoming a sespool of filth. Rude and forgetful waitors also are bring down a nice little touch that Victor added to the menu.
