Schoolhouse Early Learning

Soo much to mention don't even know where to begin. The ratios are not as per the state requriements. Too many kids and not enough teachers. When I walked through the door they would warm employees that I am here so that someone would run in the room and make it look like there was enough staffing. They gave my child food she is allergic to despite labels on everything she owns, a medical bracelet, and after teaching them how to use an epipen for emergencies. They almost killed my child!!!!! I spoke to the owner Maria and she raised her voice and said "we make mistakes" and got mad at me!! She is an unfit professional who only care about $$. You could have killed my child and all you can say is we make mistakes!! On an 85 degree day the lights were off, no air conditioning or fans, my child was sweating and babies were in diapers with no clothes. My husand went to confront the owner Maria and she yelled at him and told him all we do it complain! She said "I don't need your money". That's because her and her husband both drive $100,00 cars each. When we got home my child told me "Ms. Maria said your parents are bad people get out". Maria fores her daughter to work there against her will, and she always looks miserable and is rude to the kids!!! Maria's 6 year old son is there in the afternoon and has no structure, runs around all over the place waking the kids up. I previously asked Maria to wash the sheets because they were dirty with brown spots, she got mad. They cook on the premises and are not suppose to and lie to the state about this. There was an outbreak of fever, nausea, vomitting, diarrhea, some type of stomach bug in which kids and staff were out sick. This was probably a result of their unsanitary cooking in the facilty and lack of handwashing. Everymonth for 4 months in a row a staff member "gets fired", in reality they quit. Not to mention at that time the daycare was only open for 5 months. They are under investigation by the NJ state licensing daycare board!!!!! If there was an option to give this daycare a zero I would. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
