Car deal gone very BAD

One of the greatest things about this country is that we have the right to our own opinion and the freedom to express it.
I give her a lot of credit for pursuing this and maybe stopping it from happening to someone else. There are many forms of bully’s out there. Buying a car should not be this difficult.

I have bought numerous vehicles at Ralph's and will continue as I've been very satisfied with the sales and serviced department. My family have all brought our vehicles for service at Ralph's and have always been able to pick up our cars on time and at the prices quoted. We will definitely return.

I'm a little OCD when it comes to my cr-z, and I really appreciate the service team looking into the little nuances I notice about my car. Such as, my outer driver-side door handle creaking and me not being able to open the door when the sun has been shining on it. I have one month left of the bumper-to-bumper warranty, so they replaced the handle for me. And then I noticed that my inner weather strip on that door had become wavy, came back the next day and they tried to get it to lie flat but it would not. So now they are ordering a new one of those. Thank you for accommodating my pickiness! I know you must deal with a lot of complaints every day. You guys have definitely earned my continued business. Even after most of my warranty is gone, coming to Ralph Honda will be worth the extra $$$ because they stand behind their work.

Met with the Sales Man of the ...

Met with the Sales Man of the Year for 2007-2010 to consider purchased of a Honda on the lot. Caught him manipulated the kelly blue book vaue by putting in options the car did not have so it would inflate market value higher than what they were selling it for. What an insulting and disappointing experience. Be very careful. They are willing to lie to get a sale.

I just purchased my new Accord...

I just purchased my new Accord at Ralph Honda. It was a great experience with the sales-team. They helped me choose a car and were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Other dealers are often pushy, but the Ralph Experience was great. When I pulled in the service department for my first service appointment, Steve Pecora greeted me with a positive attitude, and they had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend Ralph if you’re in the market for a car.

My wife and I bought a new Honda Odyssey from Ralph Honda in 2009. We had held out on buying a minivan but having our 3rd child put us over the top. We needed more room! With a growing family and little extra cash we were looking for a fair deal on a vehicle we could trust with our whole family. In fact, we took our whole family to Ralph to check out the car. Even with our little ones poking around the showroom (enough to test anyone's patience) the sales staff at Ralph couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. They matched us with the vehicle we needed and they gave us a great trade-in for the Explorer we had outgrown. In the past two years, we've taken the car back to Ralph for regular service and have had only positive experiences. I'm not a "car person" so any car maintanence makes me nervous about getting ripped off. Not only have I never felt that way about Ralph, but my wife (the primary Odyssey driver) has often remarked that she feels the same way too. Buying and getting car service makes us as nervous as anyone - that's why I'd like to spread the word about this great company. Ralph Honda treated our whole family like family. We'll be back there whenever we need service. And we're looking forward to the day we can get something a little sportier than a minivan too!

Great Experience!

I bought a honda pilot from Ralph Honda in 2007. I was very pleased with the sales team while going through the process of getting a car. Taking my pilot in for oil changes and tune ups has been a delight as well. The service team is very easy to deal with, and they are very good at what they do. Also, I was in an accident and the work they did on my front bumper was an A+ job, even though it was very minor it looks like nothing ever happened. Overall I have had a great experience at Ralph, and I recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car.

I have been a customer of Ralph for 10 years and have only had consistently great service. My lease is up soon and they have already started to connect with me to make sure my turn-in and future buying experience is a good one. There is no doubt I will be buying another car from them and I actually refer them all the time.

Positive experiences

Given the upsetting review written about a situation gone very wrong, I feel compelled to write about my experiences with the Ralph dealership. I have purchased 1 Honda and leased another plus have service done there and I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and curtesy. I live East of the city and I think it says something about my continued relationship with Ralph that I drive all the way over to the West side to continue to buy and service my cars there. I do not condone the unfortunate situation that happened to the woman but I have to believe that it was a very unusual occurrence.

Just once I would like to go to a dealership(not this one of course) and be able to have what you want done without them trying to get you to do other things. Also when they come get you it is just that not to tell you there is something else wrong. Ok now that I got that off my chest. They are great to work with. They are timely and courteous.
