        Overall
        Exorbitant move out charges

        Peloton apartments charges exorbitant move out charges.

        They charged me around ~900 dollars. One of my friend also told me about a similar experience with them.



        These are not cleaning charges , but they themselves admitted that their kitchen counter tops have a "issue" and they need to REPLACE the entire kitchen counter top even for small , but unnoticeable marks.

        This is absolutely not fair, if their apartments have some inherent issue/inefficiency , they should not charge unexpected amounts to their customers. A small amount to the tune of ~200-300 dollars would be more reasonable.



        Moreover,They did not send someone for inspection before we moved out, so that we have some clue . Since i received their move out letter, i am totally dejected as I feel i have been cheated and have absolutely no way to refute their charges. When i tried talking to them , they were quite rude and not willing to talk.
