New China Buffet

So me boyfriend and I went here last night (7/19/13) for dinner. We have eaten here in the past with no issues. As he began to eat he found a hair in his mayo shrimp. It was deep fried in it. I took the shrimp to my server and reported it. He was very appologetic. But when the bill came we were charged full price for my boyfriends meal. As we went to pay I complained again to the cashiers. I was told it was a buffet it happens. So I asked for a manager only to be told he wasn't in today. They asked me to leave my name and number for the manager so I did. I called this morning to see if he was in again only to be told again that he wasn't. The lady asked who I was. I explained who I was and why I was calling. She remembered who I was and said she did let the manager know. He said it was a buffet and he doesn't comp or give any discounts. There was nothing he could do. I don't pay $30 to eat to find hair in my food. I will never eat here again and don't recommend it. It has really gone down hill.

We eat at the New China Buffet at least twice a month. We have always had good, curtious service. The food is excellant. Prices are very reasonable and you never leave without being full. We highly recommend this resturant

I love the different variety of food, rangeing from sushi to seafood and not to mention the delicious mongolian grill, and seafood as well. the staff is friendly and the price is also affordable as well.

I've been to my fair share of Buffets but New China is the one that i keep coming back to. New China has everything you would want and need in a all you can eat Buffet, from there wide variety of delicious food down to there friendly staff. I can give you three reason why i keep coming back and why you should go. (One) Delicious hot food for a low price. (Two) Friendly staff with good service that's not in your face every five minutes asking you, "How is the food, Is everything good" (Three) A very good place to bring the family or if you're just with some friends that are ready to eat! Bottom line is i recommend New China Buffet if you're looking for a good all you can eat.

New china buffet is one of the best Chinese buffet I've ever been to. I eat there often and the host and servers are very friendly, the food is always fresh and price is affordable. I totally recommend it, the food is awesome!

I ate at the mongolian grill and the guy cooking there was really rude and didn't talk to me. I tried to start conversation but he had no part of it. Then, we left our change there on accident and this was 10 dollars of change. It was a big hassle and they made me wait like they didn't believe me. I even still have to call and wait until the next day! A lot of the time the food is cold and old because they obviously wait to change it. Often, the only half way nice staff are a couple of the waitress's but even that is not always the case. The staff can barely understand english and it is very annoying when you are trying to ask a question or get something figured out! We would not eat here if it was not the only place in Puyallup to get all you can eat asian food. Over all, I would not recommend it!!!

Its our favorite place to go. The food is excellent and they have a wonderful variety of food to choose from. The prices are good too.
