In this Dr.'s office, only Dr.'s behavior is good. EVeryone else is rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Rude front office, rude nurse, and rude billing person (Kim). This lady never picks up phone and didn't send bill to insurance but claims that she did. I never suggest anyone to go there unless they change their customer service policy.

They are very professional and courtious to their patients. I had two wisdom teeth removed and they couldn't have been nice to me. My Dad had implants done by Dr. Horowitz and he said he's a fantastic Dentist. My 18 yr. old nephew had 4 wisdom teeth removed as well and he liked Dr. Horowitz and his staff. Only complaint would naturally be, the pain. Other than that, they are fantastic!

The office people are misleading, and impersonal.

They make errors in there computing and expect you to pay for their mistakes, regardless if its there fault or not.

Dr Horowitz himself is about as impersonal a person as i've ever met in my life.

We had a terrible experience here and strongly recommend that you do not go here unless you want to say goodbye to your money! They don't care about the patients here!
