Dirt was delivered and dumped with the stone that was supposed to be spread. After greeting the driver, I went inside for a moment. I came out to see my driveway had mounds of stone dropped and the last 20 yards was all dirt. I spent about 4 hours spreading the stone myself and had to remove and smooth some of the dirt by shovel. i was trying to improve my driveway, not degrade it. Also. the driver was gone when I went back outside. Now the owner is calling me months later. Horrible service. Avoid at all cost.

I called & asked how much for 1 ton of # 4 stone. I was going to need 10 ton. She said $ 20 per ton, but i need to make appointment. I said lets do it. She said what she meant by appointment, was that it had to be early morning or after 5 in the evening. I called her back around 5:40 & said i would hook up trailor & be on my way. She said ok. ( she didnt say anything about there hrs or someone would be waiting on me.) I leave my house around 6:05. Get gas. They do not have a happy valley sign or anything to do with sand & gravel, so i past the place up.( keep in mind your on 40 with 55 mpr.) So i get turned around. On the way back, there is a clearing where you can see piles of gravel. Its around 6:45.I get turned in there, & she tells me she just sent the guy home at 6:30. Now what kind of business is that? When i talked to her on the phone she didnt say anyone was waiting on me, she answer the phone YEAH, you dont no who your talking to. This place is so unprofessional, A big waste of time. Piece of advice lady, if your going to do business like this, atleast learn how to load customers. GOOD LUCK.

Overall

By far the worst customer service via phone I have ever received from any business in any industry. As I was driving on the highway, I noticed cars in my lane rapidly signaling to get in to the next lane. I noticed a dump truck several car links ahead and as the cars in front of me changed lanes, I became aware of why. Pieces of gravel were flying off the truck. I signaled to change lanes myself and as I was waiting for an opportunity to merge, to small stones of gravel hit my windshield, cracking it in 2 places. I attempted to flag down the driver, though those attempts were unsuccessful. I could not obtain a liscense plate number, as I was afraid to get back behind the truck in case of further damage to my car. Rather, I gathered the USDOT truck number, business name, and address, and telephone number. I will say, that I was just unlucky, as the damages are not covered by insurance which is not the company's fault. However, when I called just to report to the company what was going on with one of their trucks, I was met with the absolute rudest woman over the phone. Ms. Kim Potts, as she identified herself, not only rudely rebuffed my phone call, but she denied my request to speak with anyone else, stated she had no manager, or anyone else working for the company but herself, informed me that it was my fault because I was obviously too close to the dump truck (I was several car links away, as stated), and laughed when I told her I'd call back when I got more information. She also stated that driver's are supposed to stay back 300 feet from her company's trucks and when I asked why te truck had no signs posted to that effect, she replied first with silence, and then after a moment with a laugh and "I don't know what to tell you". My point is, it wasn't her fault that the truck was spewing gravel, and my windshield wasn't her concern either. What shocked me was the disrespectful remarks and un-called-for sarcasm I received just for raising awareness of a problem, and asking a few simple question. Ms. Kim Potts, I strongly suggest you speaking with a career advisor, as customer service just isn't your strength.
