Great location for a shoe store. Small store but pretty good selection. Great sales. And like the cheap jewelry, usually find something cute.

Every-time I've come to this place ,..the women here are always in a bad mood. Treated me with overall disrespect. Always cop an even worse attitude if I ask them if they can check other stores if they don't have shoes I'm looking for.

Manager is never around either to further assist me.

Nothing much to say, other than I completely agree with all but 1 of the comments posted here. I think that this store should be reported to Payless' Human Resouces Department.

People here are disrespectful and the overal service is terrible. Disgusting place.

Place is terribly dirty and the staff is disrespectful and acts like they don't want to be there. F-

You know how you get a bad vibe when you arrive at certain places? Well, this place is one of them. I came here about 20-minutes before they closed, and about 10 minutes before they closed, the female employee came to me and said, "You got 5 minutes before you need to get out!," in a rude manner. One more place to stay clear from.!

Bad work ethics are abound here. The sale gimmick was so that you had to have a cell phone to recieve a text with the coupon code for the 20% off. I dont have a phone and the sales employee, "Jen," wouldn't give me the discounted price, even though I just bought a pair of shoes, and used the exact same code there just a few days ago! She wouldn't tell me when the manager would be in next time, so I could give him a piece of my mind. Place wasn't clean either, as previous reviewer stated.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The floor was also a mess with trash and no one was on the sales floor to assist me for 90% of the time.

This place has the most terrible customer service of any shoe store that I have ever been to in my life. The woman who was currently working there is, "Tina." First of all, she didn't even spend more than 30 seconds on the sales-floor with me. I have bad knees from age, and I needed a par of shoes on the top of the shelf, and when I asked for her help, she just ignored me and went to the backroom and closed the door! What is wrong with people?

I went here to talk to the manager about a certain pair of shoes that I'am looking for. The guy is a complete a**hole. he went to the back room to call the other store for the shoes, when he came back, he said that they had them and that they would hold then for me for a full 24 hrs at the location in Folsom. When I went to that location the manager there said that he never called and that the shoes don't even exist. The following day I went back to this location to tell him what happened, and he told me, "I dont know what to tell you dude!" Do yourself a favor, stay away from this store.
