Alterra Pest Control

Daniel and Trent came to our home earlier this week to address an ant problem. They were both friendly and professional, appearing unfazed by our noisy (but sweet!) Chihuahuas. They explained the actions taken to address ant nests in the yard and at the house. They were efficient and effective; I appreciated being treated like a valued customer.

Josh and Juan were our service pros today. They arrived on time were professional and friendly. They listened to the pest issues we had and not only did they resolve those issues but took the time to seek out the real source and treat that as well. Thanks Josh and Juan!

Trent and Danny came out yesterday morning to help with some ant sighting. They were both very courteous and got right to issue. I really appreciate that we can rely on Alterra and its quality employees to provide great service.

Justin and Darryl did a great job for me today. They were very thorough, checked for some ants I had been seeing and were very careful not to disturb the bird nests or bird feeders. Very professional.

David came by tge house and was very helpful and understanding about our dog.

David came by today to spray our basement in between our regular treatments. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it would help. thanks David

I meant to write this a long time ago, however Lee was the service pro who came to our home last and he did an amazing job. He was so detailed and was so understanding of our crazy dog! Thank you Lee!

Been with Alterra for about a year now and they have always been quick to respond to my needs. Everyone one shows up performs the required service and are always professional. This time Lee was the service pro and as always was pleasant and professional and explained in detail what services were performed. Finally Alterra is very reasonable priced.

I was not totally impressed with the fact that my husband signed up for this service w/out my knowledge. I was further disappointed when the guys would leave and I'd see pest the following day. I guess I just felt like there was more that could have been done. However, I was totally sold on this service the other day when David came out. David was very kind, considerate and professional. I answered the door in my PJ's because I wasn't expecting anyone! David sincerely apologized about the fact that I had not received a service call and asked me was this a bad time? I decided to allow him to go ahead and spray and during his time here he was very informative about the things he was doing, which I can't say the same for the other guys that had been here. Thanks so much David, you totally changed my outlook on this company!
