Alterra Pest Control

Bill F came out to treat our house for the first time today. We were a bit nervous about having someone come into the house to treat it. Bill F was great! He came to the door and talked us through his treatment plan and then left it up to us to decide where he would start. He came in, quietly doing his job. My husband followed him just to see what he was doing, and Bill was great in answering his questions. We were very happy with our experience and hope that Bill comes out to our house every treatment!

Marco came this morning, on time, on a call back for ants. He did a great job in explaining what he was going to do, went about his work quickly, then explained exactly what he did. Fantastic job!

Marco and Darrell were very polite and professional. I was very impressed with their overall attitude and service. I could tell they both enjoyed their job.

We had Marco come out yesterday to help us with a little ant problem. He was not only professional and had great patience for our many, many questions, he went the extra mile to ensure he took care of our problem. Thanks Marco!

Great Customer Service!! Josh our rep was in the neighborhood servicing some yards and stopped by to introduce their services. He was very nice and thoroughly explained what they offer. He was able to send someone within two hours to service our yard the same day!! Great quick service!! And David arrived and re-explained how he will spray our yard and was very friendly as well! Wonderful and prompt service is great!!

Both gentleman that provided service to us were outstanding. Christian came today - on time and was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable.

Christian & Taylor treated my house for a wide variety of pests. They arrived at the scheduled appointment, explained what they were going to do and then did it well. Upon completion, they briefed me on all that they had done. They were excellent in appearance and performance!

This was our first experience with alterra. Bill F. Made in an excellent one. He explained everything perfectly and was fast at his work. Can't wait until next time.
