Always great service! Crissi, our service pro was polite, friendly, and did a very thorough job!

I had been working with a nationally recognized pest control service with no results, called Alterra yesterday afternoon and Dylan came out today to treat my wasp problem. He was able to find some nests and eradicate them as well as spray all areas of concern. Haven't seen a wasp all afternoon and am so grateful for his knowledge, quick response, and professional and courteous manner. I am so impressed with Alterra!

Justin! WOW is an understatement! I had a bad bee problem. Justin Jumped right in and took care of it. A true professional. Justin took the time to make sure that the bees wouldn't be coming back especially since he knew i had an outdoor event planned for the next day. If you live in Merriam please request this young man. Ricky Byrd (Shawnee, KS) : Lee did a wonderful job at my home. He called before coming over [as I asked], sprayed my kitchen for ants [between services], & eliminated the ant nest quickly and in a timely manner, which was important to me because I was on my lunch break. I was very impressed with both his service, professionalism, and people skills!

J.R. Poli should be rewarded for his extra effort in treating our home for spiders. I was bitten by one a few days ago and appreciate his concern and work ethic. He sprayed the interior and exterior, layed glue traps, spread granular around the foundation and sweep all webs from upper and lower deck areas. Outstanding service!
