It has been a little over a year since we have stayed at the Cornerstone Mansion and we were just talking yesterday of going back. Our room was lovely and the bath beautiful. The breakfast and owners were wonderful as well. Everything was clean which is sometimes lacking in bed and breakfast's. The Cornerstone Mansion is definitely a gem here in Omaha!

My husband Andrew and I ALWAYS stay at the Cornerstone Mansion for very special occasions! We first discovered the B & B when I was choreographing in the Lincoln area. Fortunately for us one of the weekends there was a "Husker" game and no accommodations in Lincoln. I found the Cornerstone and it has been "home away from home" ever since. We celebrate New Years Eve (our anniversary) and our birthdays with Julie. We have stayed in almost every room at this point

We had a total 4 rooms. What a wonderful experience, wonderful food and the rooms were comfortable and perfect. The history and ambience put us back in time, relaxed and energized for up coming family events. Seriously...we were extremely relaxed. I loved the feel of a charming mansion. Julie and Mark made us feel like we were special. Why stay in a hotel? This was perfect. Thank you Cornerstone Mansion.

We stayed this last weekend in the Offutt Suite, we loved the stay! We only went to breakfast one morning because of our timing, but it was wonderful!! One tip if you stay in the room, sleep in the back bedroom, the bed is much nicer. We stayed on a weekend that hit 100 degrees and the window air unit and fans did great! We never once felt uncomfortable. Would come back! And would recommend to anyone planning on going to Omaha!

We can't thank you enough for the hospitality last night and this morning. Thank you for making our 14th anniversary a memorable one!! Truly one of the best rooms we have stayed in and we intend on passing the word along to let others experience what we did. A much-deserved "Excellent" rating!

P.S. I can say with great certainty that the website's pictures don't do this property justice. Take our word and take the chance.

My son and I spent 4 nights while staying in Omaha for the CWS and Olympic swim trials. The hospitality was grand, room clean, and bed comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the location extremely convenient to Creighton University, Boys Town, TD Ameritrade Park and many other downtown and midtown sites. The young owner is a bit of a practical joker - (harmless) and only added to the charm of this 100 + yr old mansion. We encountered no ghosts - only fabulous people whose companionship was enjoyed each morning. The character of the home more than made up for nuances of it's age - the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and finicky to adjust. Compared to hotel prices in Omaha during the CWS - it was the bargain of the century. I believe the new owners plan to give the home a bit of cosmetic TLC - which will undoubtedly raise the nightly rate.

My wife and I stayed here on the night of our wedding and it was a great experience. We had our wedding at the Joslyn Castle, which is right across the street.

It's a very nice kept, little bed and Breakfast in the heart of Omaha. My wife and I stayed in the Charles Suite and it was a great experience. The Charles Suite is the best and most spacious room in the mansion and it was definitely worth the little extra money. The room is decorated in 19th century decor and looks great. Everything was nice and clean as well.

The breakfast and the service were both top notch and everyone was just so friendly. My wife and I have been kicking around the idea of going back on one of our anniversaries and spending a day or two there.

For a nice, cozy bed and breakfast, I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved staying at the Cornerstone Mansion.

We were passing through Omaha on a massive road trip (CO to FL) with our two children (2 and 4.5) and had the good fortune to find this place on RoadTrippers.com

While we only stayed one day I have to say our experience impressed upon me that it would be an excellent place to be for a decent period of time.

I had a wonderful time staying here for four nights in the Garden room. The hostess and owner Julie is very charming and welcoming, and the house itself is a trip! My room came to feel like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, for sleeping, reading and watching tv.

Romantic weekend getaway. My partner and I stayed on a Saturday night. We stayed in the fireside room. This was one of the best bed and breakfasts I have ever had the privilege of staying at. Julie knew so much about the house. I had done some research about the history of the house before we stayed and she was able to fill in the gaps. Breakfast was a French toast bake and it was heavenly. We will have to stay here once in a while to enjoy the amazing house and hospitality. Thank you for a great weekend!

We were married here years ago, and when the new proprietors found out it was our anniversary, they took and extra step to do something special for us. The continental breakfast and hot breakfast both had plenty of options. Booking online, check-in & check-out was easy. Hosts were happy to chat, but respected our privacy and quiet time. The Charles Suite was spacious & gorgeous, with a great window seat but I wasn't a fan of the bed pillows. There is a friendly little pup on premises.

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. It was convenient, as it was right across the street from the Joslyn Castle where we were married. It was brought up to us from the lady that manages the events for the Joslyn Castle, so I'm not sure if they are affiliated or not.

The hotel itself is beautiful and alive with history. The Mansion was given to Charles Offut as a wedding gift. The house is lined old photos of the Offut family and the owners were well versed in it's rich history.

I was able to book all rooms for out-of-town family members and received a discount to our room. There are two sets of adjoining rooms which are great if you are traveling with older children. The rooms were all reasonably priced.

Breakfast is served in the morning at a grand table. Breakfast was homemade and satisfying for the season.

I would recommend this inn to anyone! Looking forward to spending an anniversary here.
