All Nails

The new owners are TERRIBLE! First off, It's kind of expensive, which I don't mind paying for quality, but I didn't get it! $25 for a fill plus I tipped the lady (which I regret now) and the VERY NEXT day my nails started to life and chip and they look like crap! I called them to see what they could do to fix them, they said they would...but I had to come in right away. I work 11am to 10pm 4 days a week, so I told them I would not be able to come in until the following Wed (This was a Saturday) the guy said "come in at 10am on monday and we'll fix them" Then hung up on me. I proceeded to leave them a comment on Facebook, in which the owner was VERY rude and unwilling to assist. Told me I would have to come in before Wednesday, which again, I couldn't because of work, so that they could fix THEIR mistake! After a breif argument, the owner removed his comments and is refusing to fix my nails. I can see a mistake, not the end of the world, but the owners customer service and willingness to correct the mistake is why I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Not to mention they use cheap products that can be bought at Sally's beauty. If I could rate this a zero I would!!

Best nail experience of all time. My sister recommended this place to me, and I guarantee that I will be a long time customer here! When I got home, I showed my mom and told her about my experience, and even she approved (she hates paying for my college and then watching me spend money on my nails- not that I blame her)!

Jimmy did a phenomenal job, and was the nicest person to talk to! He was great with all the customers that came in, he gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, helped me pick out a great color for my acrylics, and gave great advice on maintaining them. Another woman in there said she only goes there for her shellac because they do the best job, and the ladies working helped a woman who needed special attention to her toes for medical reasons. I left there with a huge smile on my face because I have never seen or had such a good experience before!

I've gotten my nails done maybe a dozen times and I would have gone more, but I worry about hygiene and I have never had good experiences with the nail techs (rude and rough on my nails). All Nails was a totally different and wonderful experience!



From the moment I walked into All Nails, I felt incredibly welcome. I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to the staff like I have felt at other salons. All of the techs greeted me even though they were with other clients. A few minutes into my pedicure, Theresa (owner/manager) came out to greet and welcome me -- I thought that was a really nice touch.



I had two staff members working on my nails since I was doing a mani/pedi combo and they were both so friendly and gentle. They asked me if anything hurt and they really listened to what I wanted. They were also very hygienic with the whole process -- the salon itself is very tidy! Being just an average person, I felt very special being at this salon. You can definitely come as you are at this nail salon and will get treated as a valued customer. I made sure to let all of the staff know while I was paying that it was the best nail salon that I had ever been to and I truly meant that. If I didn't live so far away from Omaha, I would be there all of the time. But I will definitely be back! :)

I have told ALL My friends and even brought my son's girlfriend to Teresa for her nails for prom. Teresa and her crew do excellent work, they are very particular about what they do and it shows. They want the customer to be happy and well taken care of, you don't see that everywhere. That's why I drive to Omaha to see Teresa, it's always fun, we always laugh, Give it a try, you'll like it maybe you'll even LOVE IT! how many times have you said that about your nail Tech or your hair dresser? Simply THE BEST!

I am truly impressed. Theresa gave me a full set of pink and white solar nails with gel, They are so natural, not thick as with acrylic. She highlighted them with a purple line followed by silver glitter. I am trying different styles for my daughters upcoming wedding. My daughter loves them and is now going to make an appointment with her. What else can I say. I am convinced, there is no other nail salon I will try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Theresa has been doing my nails & pedicures for over 6 years. And I would never let another person touch them, EVER! She is simply the best!!! I have OCD & am extremely picky about my nails & the way they look. Theresa takes the time to make sure they look PERFECT for me every time!!! I have been getting my nails done for almost six years. It is my first time trying something new for my solar color tips instead of pink and white at All Nails. They turned out absolutely perfect with the Black tips and glossy gel coat. Now I dont have to worry about getting a refill too often. They last up to three weeks and never chip. I am very happy with the new technique that they do.

I never thought that I would ever get a pedicure and a manicure. I went to All Nails and had their exceptional staff provide these services for me solely to please my wonderful girlfriend. My girldfriend ordered me the Hot Stone Therapy and it felt AWESOME!!!! I would recommend that guys try this at least once in their life.

I have had my nails done for years, but was never quite satisified. So I shopped around A LOT! When I found Theresa at All Nails - that was it!! She does exceptional work and makes sure that you are happy! Not only have I had Theresa do my nails, sometimes she is away (which she deserves :) ), her employees are trained to be just as perfect as Theresa. She is always making sure that their work is up to 110% and if it is not, she takes care of it!!!! I recommend All Nails to anyone and everyone for their nails/toenails. They are GREAT!! Love them!

I have been with Theresa for ten years and she has always had the highest quality of service. I have seen her work on other people, her artistry is suburb. The pedicures I receive at her shop are the best. I would recommend her shop near Oakview Mall and Red Lobster to anyone. Give her a call......

I have had many pedicures and I have never received the extraordinary service and professionalism as I have from ALL Nails near the Red Lobster near Oakview Mall. Theresa hand painted -HAND PAINTED!! - zebra stripes on all of my toes white with black stripes. I had so many compliments (well over 50 in two weeks), that I went back to her and had her do the zebra's again, this time in steel gray with white stripes and they look even cooler! Theresa is an amazing artist and I will never let anyone else touch these toes again! She creates nothing short of perfection!
