City Nails & Spa

Do not go here. They rip people off. I went in to get a color change for my nails (mind you it was supposed to be only $5) and they charged me $36 and 2 hours later my nail are already messing up. I got a chrome color a I'm starting to see the black under nail polish show through. I don't recommend this place at all. They are horrible with timing, I had an appointment and they had me waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time and my sister was sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for them, she also had an appt. She just ended up leaving. The people are nice but the service is awful. I've given them so many chances and the fail me every time. Save your money and Go somewhere else.

I recently went in with an appointment. I got there before they said they were opening (and before my appointment by 5 minutes) and they were already full. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. There was one woman sitting with her nails soaking in a bowl for about an hour...I was done with my pedicure and she was still sitting, waiting for the woman to come back (she was doing someone else's nails). I know you need to wait to have gel removed but check on your client, not ignore. Another woman sat with her feet in the "tub" for over 30 minutes before anyone started working on her. I understand being busy and wanting as much business as possible, but ignoring clients is not only rude, but will result in them not coming back. They open at 9 on Saturdays, but most of their employees don't get in until after 10. If you know you're really busy early in the morning make sure they're all there.

The woman who filled my tub for my pedicure used cold water and couldn't understand why it wasn't right. The girl (looks young) who ended up doing my pedicure fixed the water and is amazing. She has done my pedicure and gel nails before and love her. Since my nails broke I ended up getting a full gel set of white tips. The man that works there seems to be the one who does tips. The tips on 4 of my fingers are too narrow for my fingers and nails and you can tell if you look closely. My real nail is growing and snagging on things. I have had them on for a week and they're already lifting on my nail bed and look horrible. I wouldn't have gone with the tips if I wasn't headed to a formal event.

I know places have bad days, but due to the service I received and noticed others were (plus they didn't clean the pedicure tubs between people) I won't be going back. This was my 4th time being there and my last.

Great Place and very relaxing, The service was wonderful and I came out with a positive attitude. They do such great nails, and you won't find any Nails salon in Oakley does the style like they do. I would recommend all stop by and try them out.

The best pedicure experience EVER. They play relaxing music, there are no TVs blaring, the staff is quiet and soothing. They are extremely professional, and everything there is super clean. I won't be going anywhere else for a pedicure. THE BEST

I love this salon! I'm new to the area and every salon I stepped into I had a horrible experience. Then I found this salon, and their customer service is great. Tina she does my Nails, she does very good job . I absolutely love my Nails and will definitley be going back

The first thing that you notice when you walk into City Nail & Spa is that there are no noxious odors coming from harsh chemicals that most other nail salons use. That is because City Nail & Spa use the best and high technology nails products. Must Try – City Nails& Spa This salon offers variety of services, such as facial, waxing, Pedicure, manicure, etc. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The shop is very clean and sanitize. I've been going to them for 2 years. The atmospher is great and the people are friendly. It's not like one of those place where they rush you in and out. If you haven't been there, I strongly recommend you to give them a try. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself.

You're acknowledged as soon as you walk in, and the Staff are friendly. See Tina if you want your Nails done She's a little slow (she admitted this herself), but the end result is worth the wait. She also does do my eyebrow wax and pedicure, and she did a great job.

I've been a regular there for about Seven months. From what I've observed during my visits, the pedicure spa area is sprayed and wiped down between customers. The facility seems well-kept. I definitely recommend this nails salon to anyone who is looking for one in the Oakley Ca.

City Nails & Spa is a great place! I just got my Manicures & Pedicures done there and it was amazing, Tina and Sam are so nice. The service here is excellent. I am satisfied with the place I am definitely going back and staying with them as long as i live in Oakley. This place is highly recommended.

Great Nail place: I have been to tons of nail places in the East bay. City Nails & Spa is a great place and great value. They are usually on time, but making an appointment is best. It is a clean place and they do a great job. This place I highly recommend

I have been going to City nails & Spa for a few years. This place is the BEST, It is my absolute favorite place to go to get my nails done. The prices are about average of anywhere else I would go. This place is about 30 miles from my home, but totally worth the drive for me. I highly recommend going there.
