Bubble And Squeak Laundromat

I use this laundry on a regular basis and have always been Pleased with their equipment and service. I have not used their dry cleaning yet but based on my experience, I will do that when needed. I find their people friendly and helpful

DO NOT GO TO BUBBLE AND SQUEAK. Dirty place, rude clerk...not helpful at all. Place is run down. Go to Wash Tub 2 blocks up on Foster...clean, neat and they do old school WDF wrapped in paper just like home in NJ.

DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! We brought in two comforters to wash and dry. They are heavy comforters and I specifically asked them if they can handle it. I was told it was not a problem. WE PAID $30 to get them washed and dried. We dropped them off and were told to pick them up in 2 hours. When we went to pick them up, they were still partially wet and had a really really bad odor to them because they were not dried properly. We told them that our baby plays on this so please wash them again and dry them properly. I gave them our own soap that we use for the baby's clothes. We gave the laundromat 3-4 days just so they can dry the comforters properly. We just picked them up yesterday and THE COMFORTERS STILL STINK WORSE THAN BEFORE!!! It seems they did not dry them properly again and folded them up while they still a little damp. When we called them and asked they dry the comforters properly, the owner told me there was nothing he can do. He suggested I take them to a dry cleaner. So I asked to get our money back because we got the comforters back in a really back condition. He said NO!!! He will not refund us and refused to do anything. HE SAID WE SHOULD AIR DRY THEM OURSELVES AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! What is the point of us paying them $30 if we have to dry the comforters ourselves!!! We have a small apartment and there is no way we can air dry them here. That is why we took them to a laundromat. The smell is so bad that I had to now put them in bags because I do not want our baby to smell them. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE YOU TAKE ANYTHING THERE TO CLEAN. THE OWNER IS NOT VERY NICE. We are thinking we will just take the comforters back to Bubble and Squeak and leave them there because we cannot keep them in the apartment anymore. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT TO ANYONE!!!!!
