Helped get me out of the mud after ground thawed and the rain soaked through. AAA wasn’t able to secure a tow after 3 hours of waiting and he showed up in about 30 minutes. Very thorough in checking the van and placement of hook to not damage anything. Very kind and professional, even at 1am.
