Appliance Doctor

We have used Appliance Doctor in the past and have been very pleased.

My dryer was making an odd noise and the drum was not moving. The technician came on schedule and was extremely courteous. It turns out that a bedroom slipper somehow wedged in the dryer which made it not rotate. The technician discovered this in two minutes. I was so annoyed at myself.
We paid him the $99.95 for the service call which I was told about when scheduled. It would have been nice if they waived some of that $99.95 (for 3 minutes)since they were in the area and did not make a special trip. I agreed to that number so that is ok. Just can't believe I had to pay $99.95 for three minutes of work. It was my fault though so, so be it. I appreciate that they cane the next day after I called. They are a pleasure to work with
