I had no problems at all with my experience. I called the guy to pick up my Toyota Rav 4 on the side of the road. An hour later the car was on the truck being towed back to the dealership. No muss no fuss ... and it was frckin freezing out too. The guy couldn't have been any nicer either.

This guy is very unprofessional never strapped my car down, he ask 3 random guys off the street to push and shove my car sideways because he couldn't get my car on straight so after wrecking my yard and taking my soap (to side the car) he ask me to go with him to take the car off which was supposed to be a drop of, so i stop my day to go with him what should of been an hour job total turned into a 5 hour process because he does not know how to work his truck while taking my car off he took the one tow hook he used to pull my car up with off while the car is sitting at 45 degree angle and my car just sildes off into a curb he didnt say sorry or try to fix the problem but instead suggest we let the rest of the car slide off and let it drop 10inchs also during this whole time he is just dragging his feet like he doesn't want to work so now i have to work to get my car off i would not let this guy tow my sons tri-cycle let alone a vehicle save yourself a heart attack and go with someone else that wants to work and do the job right

I was very pleased with the service I received today. I called this morning to have my car towed, the whole process was fast and easy. The driver was very nice and did his best to work with my limited time schedule. He let me know when he was on his way and when my car had reached the destination. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for towing services!

I was stuck on route 1 on a Sunday. No places to fix my flat tire and this guy called everyone he knew until he found a company that could repair my tire. The best customer service I've ever had with a towing company
