Would like to take the time to explain. My wife is 27 1/2 weeks prego. Her Dr. retired and we found this monster of a doctor. We made an appointment a week in advance sent over all her medical records the same day as the appointment was made along with the insurance card. On 07/30/2015 my wife had her appointment at 9:30 am she calls to confirm at this time Barbara the office manager tells her not to come in because they need to verify her insurance. So i call and speak to her and confirm insurance and that it is active and that our co pay is 20.00. I also express my disgust in the way they handled this matter by not verifying the insurance prior to her appointment date. I WAS A LITTLE RUDE. They tell me that they told my wife to come in. I later receive a call from my wife crying that they will not see her because i was rude. They knew that she has a very important test that needs to be done before she is 28 weeks. This doctor doesnt care about his patients. I later read another review on the florida blue cross website, that another patient was discussed by they way he treated her and did her pap exam. Please consider another doctor
