Jack in the Box

I went through this Jack in the Box drive thru this morning for convenience sake. It is close to my home and despite a slew of bad experiences inthe past, I figured the turn over rate would have yielded some quality people. The only thing of qualit was the guy in the window taking the orders, Anthony. When I had an issue with my order, the manager was not on my side until I asked to just have my purchase refunded and my order cancelled. I wish now that is what happened. The food I received was not hot and not delicious. My fries were soggy and cold,a nd the Bonus Jack sandwich I was looking forward to eating was bland, mushy and cold.



This experience has only served to validate my original opinion of this store's inability to serve delicious food. I will not be eating here again and suggest you do not either unless you are drunk, or don't care that your food is overpriced garbage.
