If you order food get your receipt. Paid cash for food and we didn't receive the correct food. Drove back in less than 10 min, didn't even make it home. Manager said she'd pull up receipt but refused to do so when she realized she's the one that made the mistake. Then she has the nerve to call the police, like I'm so threatening! Good grief. If you want good service and good food don't go to country club and Baseline McDonald's.

They did awesome here. Most fast food places give terrible service but the employees here go above and beyond.
"WARNING" This is the worst of the worst. The wait is super long, staff is unfriendly and not hygienic AT ALL. One of the guys touched the floor and with the same gloves was still handling other costumers food. maybe it's a good time for the public health department to go check him out but undercover. Worst Frontline experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant stood in line for ten minutes I was the only one in line I'm very dissaponted everytime I visit this location they always mess up my orders never fail I would avoid this location at all costs you will be dissaponted.
I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated at this McDonalds! I was in the drive through and the girl comes on and tells me to wait. I wait a coupe of minutes and I can hear her giggling with the guys in the suv in front of me. I then say "hello" into the intercom. She comes and on and rudely says "I said hold on!" I said ok but you don't have to be rude. She then comes on and lets me order. When I get to the window I ask her for her name. She says 'why do you need my name." I said were you the one on the intercom. She said "YES! Why do you want my name?" I said I will just get your name at the next window. She said "its Jordan and I don't have to serve you!!" So basically because she knew I was going to talk to her manager, she threatened to not serve me! I just left! I work for a large company. We have two of our hospitals within minutes of this location. I will make sure to direct everyone to this review and make sure they no longer give this location business. This girl does not belong working in any customer service position! When she feels it is more important to flirt with a bunch of guys instead of doing her job, that in itself says volumes! My review will not stop here! I will call the manager, I will call corporate and anyone else I need to!

I have NEVER experienced a worse restaurant in all my years. This location does NOT earn One Star for the terrible experience we had. We notified Corporate twice & were promised return calls from Owner & Corporate Leadership & never heard back. You have been warned that this is awful conditions/service & Subway does not care about their patrons concerns. The problems were important and too many to address in this review. We no longer care to spend time informing Subway of areas of improvement but prefer to spend our time warning customers of the health hazards patron could be subjected to.
Been here twice and the oriental man and woman who are there during the week have excellent customer service skills.
If I could put a negative number of stars, it would be MINUS 100..... These people are sooooo stupid. We go there EVERY Thursday and EVERY Thursday, they mess it up. SO, I think, okay, I will have it all written down in both english AND spanish..... Guess what, they STILL can't get it right. I can honestly say that in the past 3 months, they got 1, yes ONE order correctly and we order the SAME thing every week. THEN you try and talk to them about it and they cop an attitude and then it just gets worst. SO, next week, I am going to order 1 think at a time and then pay, then order the next thing and let them know that until we go through the 7 items on my list, and make sure all is correct, I will not batch it. I mean, cmon people, are you REALLY that STUPID.....
Bharti was an outstanding employee. I walked in and the store was spotlessly clean. Tables wiped off and floor spotless. Even where he prepared my sandwich was clean. Bharti had great customer service, was kind, and displayed great character which is so rare compared to other Subway locations Ive been to. I think Bharti, if not already, should manage because if all employees here or other Subway locations presented his cleanliness and customer service I would definitely go to Subway a lot more than I do now.
