I've moved to Phoenix from Albuquerque and what I was going to miss most was Genghis. We go at least twice a week, especially to because of our diet. I was a little bummed till I discovered there was one in Tempe, oh my gosh. So my fiance and I will drive 30 min just to eat there. I loved their food, just the way I want it, as HOT as I want it. I was sooo excited when i found it. I can eat it and now I just found out 2 are going to be so close to me. One in N. Scottsdale and one in Paradise valley mall area. I'll have 2 to choose from, I am so Happy now. yay

Every time I visit Chipotle at the Tempe Marketplace I enter to see a crowded eating area and long lines. Now this may discourage a lot of people and choose them to consider dining somewhere else, but at Chipotle they are quick and courteous and make what could easily be ten minutes in line less than five. Even more surprisingly is how awesome their food is and how clean the eating area stays (even while they are taming the huge lines). There's a reason everyone is paying Chipotle a visit and if you don't know then go see for yourself!
