        Hello....I just want you to know I have never been more disappointed from a dealership....as I have been with yours over your last give away. I went in like I was suppose to and played the little game....was told I won a 50.00 online shopping card (from Lamont Floyd) and of course...you were out of them....then I was told when I went back (after 1-12-15...with no expiration on the offer) to be told once again that the cards were gone!!! My guess....you probably never had them! It's sad....I have bought 3 Surbabans...2 Pick-Ups...and one Corvette from this dealership (before it was Merced Chevrolet) and the reason I went in in the first place was my wife was thinking about getting her 4th Surbaban! It's not the idea of the card....it's the idea of the whole misleading promotion....very disappointed!!! 2-5-15....I was e-mailed from the owner today (very impressive) and told that he would take care of this situation...more to follow!!!

        I have used the yellow pages to look up car dealerships in my area. We have been to Courtesy several times now to purchase vehicles. My husband and I have been pleased with the customer service we have received thus far.
