        Overall

        The service department receptionist was rude when she was told that client would not be willing to provide emails when requiring an information regarding services. She made fun by telling her other receptionist when I was still on the phone with her. What is a poor service and disrespectful to the future clients. Here is the suggestion to your " professional ethics". Rule NUMBER ONE:





        Do not talk back to your clients regardless.



        Rule NUMBER TWO:



        Do not talk bad about your clients by telling your co-worker the story about your client and questions the clients asked when Your client still on the Phone.



        I will continues to post this message to the media until I will see the improvements from your management from RBM Marietta.





        Do not do any business with RMB, Marietta.
