        Upon the recommendation of the store where we bought our diamond rings, we went to Robert at Buckhead Jewelry Appraisers to have them appraised for insurance purposes. He was thorough and explained each procedure he was doing. We'd also like to mention his integrity and exemplary business ethics ... after a snafu with one of the diamonds and the jewelry store, he backed his appraisal, and the jewelry store replaced the diamond with no questions. When we took the replaced diamond back for appraisal, he didn't charge for his service. Oh, and let us say his knowledge of gems is remarkable and just listening to him is enthralling. We HIGHLY recommend him and will use him for future appraisals and send our friends.
