Reading some of the comments on here, I must admit I was skeptical. BUT when I took into consideration that some of these people can not spell correctly and they probably did not get the service THEY think they deserve at that time. Having once worked in this exact field, I can look at things in a different light. It is a very small office but is NEVER crowded. Knowing that MOST doctor offices book patients 2-3 every 15 minutes, I have been in and out of the office in no longer than 1 hour and that was with Dr. Johnson spending an incredible amount of time with my oldest daughter going over family medical history (her father passed away at a young age). I will admit he is a little persistent with baby feedings and quantity, but that shows that he is caring about our growing epidemic of obesity (myself included). The staff is friendly and understanding of my little ones "stranger danger" personality, I know how frustrating that can be when your just trying to get a temperature :) The rooms are small, but clean... I don't even ever smell a dirty diaper. Even with my knowledge of vaccines, I still asked certain questions JUST to get his perspective on it, and he would always answer me with great detail. I would suggest anyone to go see Dr. Johnson. We have been going there for a year now and my husband and I LOVE it there. I am thankful that I did not take into consideration the previous posts.

Hi; My name is Jerry Schafer. My father was a patient at Nortons Hospital in Louisville, Ky Oct. 27th until he passed early Monday Nov. 2nd. I can't say enough good about the nurses on the fifth floor during his (our) time there. Dad was in three different wings on that floor during his stay. The professional attitudes of ALL the nurses we encountered was unprecedented. You have to understand...we have a very large family and we had several members of the family there at all times. The staff NEVER once seemed upset, irritated or put out of place because of our presence. We no doubt caused confusion, lack of space for them to do their jobs and just overall chaos at times with our chatter and overcrowding of their space. I commend them for putting up with this family of 13 kids, 32 grandkids and 31 great grandkids that took over the fifth floor during this difficult time of losing our father. Again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANKS!!!
I have been a patient at Baptist on several different occasions. I was treated with the utmost respect each and every time. I really felt as if the staff truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and when you're a patient, that's extremely important. I've been a patient at another local hospital, and believe me, I would never return there, even though that is where my doctor is on staff. The difference in the atmosphere, between the two hospitals, is incredible. The staff at Baptist actually makes you feel as though they to want to be there, and they love what they do. They treated me as though I was the only patient on the floor, even though, it was completely full. That's simply the way they made me feel. Hopefully, I won't have to return to the hospital, but if I do, you can rest assured, it will be Baptist East. Mary Zdobylak
The ER was an absolute nightmare and exhibited the worst care and attitude I have experienced toward the elderly that I have had at any hospital. HOWEVER, the next day when we came back her surgeon and her nurses have restored my faith. Elderly people are not just to be thrown away. Each of them has made contributions to our society. I finally found people that would listen. Everyone wants to rock the sweet little babies which is great. Life is precious at both ends. God Bless those who understand that. These are the people of integrity.
My sister had surgery at Baptist East Hospital. She was treated by everyone with the utmost respect and care. From the time she entered the hospital till the time she left, much care was given. I just can't thank everyone enough who came in contact with her. Dr O'Koon was wonderful and all his assistants, especially his nurse. Thank you, thank you. Koudos to Baptist East Hospital. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone. Our family and friends all think highly of your care.
The doctors here are top-rate; were it not for them, I would not be going on my honeymoon soon, for I'd have no on with which to go. The whole staff is completely professional at all times. They also go out of their way to make the patients of families comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the manner in which my husband was cared for. His famiy was afforded a hospitality suite because of long stays of several family members, myself included.
My experience treating at After Accident Care with Dr. Changaris was wonderfull. It was very convenient that Dr. Changaris provides medication, MRI, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Mental Health therapy at his location. I didn't have to run around or schedule a bunch of appointments, he took care of everything! His staff was very friendly and took great care of me during a very difficult time. I would recommend this doctor to everyone!
I think the staff do a wonderful job taking care of my son while I am at work. So glad that our son meshed instantly with his teachers. We looked at several daycares and had a good feeling about this one. My husband and I thought the facility was very clean, safe and the food served was better than I could cook at home. If we have any more children I will definitely send them to Children's Choice Learning Center, downtown.
I am a patient of Dr. Williams but usually see his PA who is fantastic! They really listen and try to help which as you know, if you have chronic pain, is a huge part of the battle in seeing doctors. The only complaint is that they are difficult to get in to see and you may have to wait 3 - 5 weeks for an appointment but it's worth it!
I've been a patient of Dr. Vinayakan for several years. Both his staff (THANKS Beverly & Estella!) &the Dr. V consistently treat me with dignity & respect. I owe my quality-of-life to the fine folks @the this facility. Give 'em a try - I think you'll find likewise...
