Before I write my intended review, I wanted to say how surprised I am by the two below....they seem a bit exaggerated to say the least. This is one of the nicer buildings in the Centennial Hills area. I could have moved anywhere, but this is like a mini resort I wanted to take this time to compliment the staff at the Loreto and Palacio apartments. I have been living here for over 7 months, and from the Manager (Neoma) to the rental office (Yvonne in particular) and maintenance crew (Louie, Greg and Jimmy), I could not be more satisfied with the way they run things. I am a very picky tenant, so when I spot things I notify them, and they get them fixed in a timely manner. Like any place this one runs into problems now and then, but with the work ethic I see from everyone here I believe they strive to make the apartment I live at as pleasant an experience as I could ever want. I do not write reviews often, and I take pride in putting my name behind them, so I feel pretty good about this one. Thank you to all the above mentioned. Sincerely, Kenny P.
Finally, a place I feel safe! Moved here from the east side by Boulder Highway where there are constant police helecopters / sirens and Metro was in my complex almost every night. Not here! Now I can leave my window open at night without fear. Its not the biggest place (came from 2br/2bath and now 2br/1bath) but the complex is clean and the neighbors are super nice. I guess for $575 what can you ask for but compared to other run down places I saw for the same price this is a great complex.
The apts are roomy and all have a 2 car garage. Plus its a gated community and the rent is reasonable. But after you move in you find that they only do landscaping maintenance quarterly. And dont ask for upkeep if something goes wrong with your unit. My cieling was leaking, vinyl flooring was coming up, toilet leaked, and garbage disposal stopped. Could get none of this fixed. And no, I was never even one day late paying rent. Was really dissapointed, needless to say.
