        Overall

        I would not recommend this contractor.

        David Turner is shyster, you agree on a price and then he wants YOU to give him a tip to pass on to his techs.



        He prefers to do cash only jobs.

        My scope of work was between 400sqft & 500. he charged me for the higher amount and installed the lower amount. and left the job unfinished with broken HVAC duct.



        Problem. When I came home my whole house stunk like formaldehyde or like he reused material's. I called him to resolve the issue and he passed the buck. No resolution.



        Do not use this company, if you do, be sure to inspect the work before you pay him and make him get a permit
