zero stars in every way possible. i can't even explain the incompetence at hand. this organization has the worst services imaginable from the lady answering phones to the technician that can't speak english and never actually fixes the washing machine. After 4 visits (1 in warranty) they still won't close my ticket so I can get a refund from Lowes. They are holding me hostage saying they need to order more parts (after they already ordered parts) and come back, all the while I've been out of a working washer for weeks. run far away if you can. lowes is trash for affiliating with this company. Insert expletive SIS VA
