        Overall

        The service team did not arrive until well past the scheduled time window. This caused major scheduling disruptions for us. Because the appointment was a come-back on a previous repair call that had not properly fixed the problem, the time delay and inconvenience was very much unappreciated. Overall my feeling is that this business is not reliable.
