General Info: Our Bed & Breakfast is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for the magnificent neoclassic architecture with preserved original fixtures and finishes. Pioneers William and Anna Faling arrived in Cambridge in 1880 as a young couple ready of build a town on the Great Plains. William was the first mayor, Anna was a land agent for the railroad. They owned a general store, among other enterprises. We celebrate the legacy they left us in our glorious home, full of inspiring spaces, glorious prisms of light through Austrian windows, Tiffany stained-glass window and fixtures, and more. Our guests (for nearly 25 years) leave us rested, relaxed, and many comment how inspired they felt in our home. We've made friends, created lasting memories, shared recipes, and small-world connections. Our family has shared the journey, with our daughter's family now making three generations of innkeepers hosting you.
