I never write bad reviews on small business owners unless they truely are rude on purpose. This lady who answered, could not give me a straight answer on if they manage single family, multifamily or commercial. Upon further exlporation of what they do when clients want to sell, she became rude and abusive and bashed me and my questions. I could not believe that anyone in business would not discuss their business over the phone. Lady, you lost a lot of business from this out of area real estate investor and from all the referals I could have given you if you were somewhat friendly. I'm still reeling from how rude she was!

I was leaving town on a holiday weekend and the weather was terrible. In a mad rush I locked my keys in my garage. It was late and I decided to call the property manager, at least I could leave a message. Someone answered and came to save the day. I've rented for 10 years and never had this type of response. Knowing I can get a hold of someone gives me the best security.

no square footage, no number of bathrooms, doesn't even say if it comes with washer dryer hookups, how am i to know if i even wish to waste my time calling about it?
