        Was told in preparation for emergency foot surgery (broken seperated fracture) that we could pay half and installments on remainder. Upon arriving, was told ALL of the deductible had to be paid upfront, or no surgery. ADVISE TO GET ALL AGREEMENTS IN WRITING.
