Please Do Not Use This Company.
If you are ever in need of a company to provide good remodeling work on your home please do not use Remodeling Solutions Inc. This company has a high rating on both Angie's List and Home Adviser. They are not accurate.
I will relate one of many problems we encountered with their work.
We had stone tile applied to a portion of our outside stucco wall. When completed the job looked adequate but not great. 19 months later while my wife and I were sleeping we heard a crash. In the morning we found 3 tiles that had fallen and put a hole in the hood of my wife's car. I called Walter the owner of Remodeling Solutions Inc. and said I will need to speak with his insurance company.
The insurance company sent an adjuster who said that the tile had been improperly installed and that we could expect more tiles to fall. So far 10 stone tiles have fallen.
After several weeks of no response, I contacted Walter and he told me that the insurance and his company would not pay for any damages as it was past the 12 mo warranty.
I have made several attempts of requesting Walter to stand by the work due to faulty workmanship. The company is refusing, saying the falling tiles were an act of God.
This is only one of many problems I have had to face with this company. Save yourself the headache find a reliable trustworthy company to do your remodeling work.
