Dryden Enterprises

So my husband and I rented from Dryden in the Wingrove apartments at 942 Grove point drive for a year and a half until my husband retired. Now the apartments are located right outside the gate to get on post so obviously it's all military families. we moved out and we just got the initial deposit back with a fake bill they made in their office I personally believe. They charged us almost 500 dollars for made up items so try could keep the money. These people are crooks. Stealing from our hard working men and women and their families in the Army. I am making it my mission to try and make it off limits to soldiers so they won't be cheated. I spoke with other families who all said the same thing. They act like you are a burden when you call. I urge you to not make the same mistake my family did. You will regret it I promise you. They claimed the had to replace all the carpet in the living room over a small stain that the company they tell you to have clean it couldn't remove a spot.

This company realllllllly sucks bad. They have very crappy customer services. I have to constantly call to have someone to come and look at thing that are wrong with my home within the first 30 days of purchasing it. They always are saying someone will be out there to look at the issue but never show up or the person that does comes out eventually is the wrong person (basically not their speciality) and it will be another 3 weeks of pounding on customer service desk asking to have thing fix in my home. I advise anyone who don't want to deal with drama after drama to go with another builder. If you go with them I promise you-you will definitely regret your choice.

Dryden Enterprises is one of the worst companies that you can do business with in Coastal Georgia. Homes are fairly built and their customer service is the worst. Multiple issues with homes havent been addressed by the company. If anything should happen to your brand new home after the first year, expect no assistance from this company.

I had Dryden Properties build me a home I was very happy with them completing the project right on time. The job met my expectations and the quality of the work was fantastic.

With my experience with Dryden I would say there is nothing wrong with them at all. At some times they could have been a little more faster on the maintenance and warranty issues but they get everything done eventually and it is understandable based on the scale of their business. Mr. Dryden was even willing to work with me on my loan which I appreciated and all I can say is that I am very satisfied with my new home and the staff is really nice.

Worst renting experience ever had. For the passed 10 years, This is the first time a landlord (Dryden Properties) is trying every way they can to keep the deposit. When you return the house, they are looking for spotless, dustless, every spots on the wall, the carpet, the mirror in the bathroom, and even the outside wall you have to clean for them. Not only that, after you cleaned it up spotless, they can still find something to charge you. There's always something dirty that they have to hire a cleaning company to clean the house, to wash the carpet. WILL NEVER recommend this rental business to anybody.

I purchased my home through Dryden going on a year ago. I was happy that they were willing to work with me on the pricing and the home met my expectations. I found out about them through my realtor and happy how everything has turned out.

Out of the whole buying process with my home dealing with Jeff Ashman the salesman was the best part. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. The pricing was fair, the quality was good, I am very happy with my new home!

I rented from Dryden for years and this spring I moved into one of their homes. What was great about it that it was almost already finished. The quality was great and just like any home build we did find a couple small issues that were totally normal and fixed quickly.

I first heard about Dryden through my Realtor and I was very impressed with their homes. I ended up purchasing one and I am very happy with it. Overall I like the quality, location, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

I lived at the arbors complex for 3 years. Quiet and close to the Army base. I didn't have any issues. Recommended.
