While I don't know who/how things were run when the previous reviews were written, I can tell you that the current directors (Mel and Dixie) are amazing! I was a wreck (to say the least) when I came through their doors with tears streaming down my face in search of the perfect place to take care of my most precious gift. I had been searching for a nanny and/or daycare for weeks and each option was veto'd for one reason or another. When I came in, I was greeted by the two sweet caring directors who comforted me and assured me everything was going to be ok. They took the time to listen, explain and offered a groupon with no commitment to test out their place since every other place required 2-4 weeks of commitment with no refund and no sympathy for a brand new first time mom.

After I was able to gain my composure, I was taken on a tour of their facility and met the upbeat friendly staff. The women in the infant room welcomed me and my daughter, immediately swooned over her and was able to manage the tasks at hand with a room full of babies who wanted their attention. During the first trial week, I called every few hours and was greeted with great news that she was enjoying her time there. I also popped in unannounced and was overjoyed to see her being held or played with. Ms. Kristie, Mrs. Rachel and Ms. Heather are her main teachers and do an amazing job! Ms. Melissa is also the first smiling face my daughter sees and is always so excited to see all their faces.

I could not be more happy or comfortable with who cares for my child and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place only cares about your money.. it's over priced.. my daughter kept getting sick because people send their kids in sick and the staff doesn't care.. if you miss one day for being sick you pay full price.. also my father just passed away and we have to take emergency leave they said because we didn't give them notice were have to pay full price for the time my daughter misses! If I would have gave them 3 weeks notice I could pay half price!!! What a flipping joke! Don't take your child here! Staff is rude heartless!

The center is a mess! All they care about is money, not the staff or the children. The food they serve your children is awful and they get VERY small portions. The staff in under qualified! Not managed well at all!
