Altitude Communications

The internet service is very poor quality, have went to the highest speed available and still very slow but priced very high. Working from home I need high speed and have asked about this several times had techs out and they blamed router, computer and server. have new computer, had router professionally installed, and still have a problem with poor signal quality (lag).
