I am from Illinois and was traveling to Canada and then to Pennsylvania on a family vacation. My sunroof shattered on my Honda Accord in Indiana on a Saturday and we could not find anyone to fix our sunroof until the next week. We called ahead to Faulkner Honda and spoke to the service department because we knew that we would be in Harrisburg Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Rob from service was more than accommodating, he ordered the sunroof for us ahead of time and told us that we could get it installed on Wednesday morning. Rob told us to drop our car off on Tuesday so that it would be inside the building in case it rained that day or that night and that he would have enterprise meet us at the Honda dealership. We showed up at Faulkner Honda and enterprise met us there, we switched cars and enjoyed the rest of our vacation. The next day, Rob from service called and said that my car was finished and at no cost to me. The Service manager John Komar contacted my dealership in Mo. and got everything straight with them and the $700 sunroof cost me nothing, because John went out of his way and called and got everything approved with my Honda dealership. (My vacation just got better). John Komar and Rob in service are #1 in my book. I arrived at Honda to pick up my car, and noticed that Faulkner Honda cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I never asked them to do that, they just did and it looked amazing. They got the scratches out of my paint from when my sunroof shattered also. I met with Rob when I arrived at the Honda dealership and Rob stated for us to just leave the rental car there and he would take care of getting it back to enterprise. This saved us even more time. This dealership is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you, Jeremy

i bought a 4runner from them about 2 months ago, after finding them online. i worked with Haseeb and Mohammad, who was very straightforward and seemed to give me as much of a discount as possible. what i liked was that he was not pushy, nor did he seem overly eager about trying to sell me the car. the car really sold itself... their lot is somewhat small and you may just drive by and get a wrong impression, but their cars are really clean. in fact, the friend i had brought with me (my car guy) to test drive the car was thoroughly impressed at the condition of their vehicles. Haseeb said they mostly get their cars directly from large dealerships as trade-ins. the one i chose was a 2003, but all my friends and family said they thought it looked like a newer model because it was sooooo ridiculously clean both in and out. i had another friend with me that day who liked one of their cars and she ended up getting it the next day! and even though we found a couple of minor issues with that car, Haseeb & Mohammad were very sincere about working with us and getting them resolved. my friend just took her car for an oil change this week and it was the first time that she had brought a car in where they said there was no other service needed for the car. we were shocked! :) i would definitely recommend Four Stars Auto Exchange to anyone looking for a used car. and it's the first place i will go for my next vehicle...though i will probably be driving this 4runner for a long, long time. :)
We just purchased a new Legacy from Dan Mann. We had an extremely positive experience. Dan was easy to work with, professional, and seemed like an all around good guy. l did my homework and shopped a few different dealerships (and several different makes of cars), so I know we got a GREAT deal. Everyone at Faulkner, from my first internet contact (Kim) to the finance guy (Kyle) was great to work with and never once tried to pressure us into anything. Less than 16 hours after the purchase of our new car, the check engine light came on. I was livid- after spending a few months researching cars, and a two weeks test driving, here I was with a brand new car and I was yet again heading back to the dealership. The service department was very nice, and felt genuinely bad for me. While I am still upset I had to waste two hours dealing with this, my anger is directed towards Subaru of America, not Fulkner. I feel the service department went out of their way to help me and get me out of their as quickly as possible. I recommend Fulkner.
