Monster Press Printing

As near as I can tell this is a one man operation, and that one man is a bit picky about the kind of business he wants. I wandered around on his site and designed a shirt. It had 8-10 graphics on the front. I couldn't submit the design through their site so I called. When I called the guy talks down to me for not emailing him, and then proceeds to explain to me why no one will make the shirt that I want. Now I get that I'm not ordering a hundred shirts, I'm looking for six shirts to be custom made. I don't really care what it costs, but instead of telling me a price he takes his condescending tone with me again and starts to tell me why what I'm asking for will be too expensive. We're a diesel repair company!! I don't care about the money! I want custom shirts with my design, that's all!



Now maybe he would want thousands for this menial job, or maybe he would want hundreds, or maybe he could do the whole thing for fifty bucks a shirt, but instead of telling me a price he just told me how ignorant I am.



That to me is poor customer service, and even poorer company branding.
