Hank's Electronics

A total rip off. Hank himself took my 40 bucks and never called me back. I had to call him. When I went in, he could not find my t.v.---he said he looked at it and could fix it, but that he could wasnt sure if he could get the parts. He didn't know if the parts were available and if they were he didn't know how long it would take them to come in or if they would ever come in. This business should be shut down. It's a scam, he is the laziest man Ive ever encountered. He doesn't even look at your t.v., but just takes 40 bucks from you. Stay away, you will regret getting involved with this sorry business.

Hank's Electronics is a terrible business and provides disappointing service. After dropping a television off for repair and paying the $40 "assessment fee" I had not heard anything about my television a week later. I called to follow-up, only to be informed that the television had not even been touched and wouldn't be looked at for another day or two. Since I needed my TV repaired in another week, I asked to pick up my television set and be refunded the $40. I was told that it was impossible and that he had already "wasted his time talking to me" and "wasted an invoice" (a slip of paper) on me. I would never use Hanks for any of my electronics repair needs.
