Horrible Service!
We had a waiter named Joshua G and although he started out good it did not last. After he got our drinks and one of two appetizers out in a timely manner it went downhill from there. Had to repeatedly call him over to inquire about second appetizer and asked for drink refills. We sat and waited and waited while seeing our food sitting under the heat lamp! He said he ordered bar drinks - a beer and glass of wine but it never was ordered per Bartender! Had to ask four times to get two glasses of ice tea refilled! Never removed any dirty dishes from table and another waitress brought to go boxes! Finally when we complained again was told where and whom was manager. He was cooking and said they were short staffed. He never came to our table to inquire or apologize. He could care less if we were upset and "agreed" when pushed to split the dinner tickets as we refused to tip the waiter. Took over 20 minutes to pay for meals that should have been comped! If you enjoy being ignored and have a few hours to spend on a mediocre meal then you may like it. No one in our group will ever return and we will all be spreading the news to all we know. Explains why they are never busy any more!!!

For the price and service, this is one of the best Italian restaurants in Tarrant County.

Loved it!! Great service and incredible lasagne!

Zios is a great little family restaurant. My six year old loves to eat there. The servers are really nice and very fast. Yum!
