These people are thieves ,they are over priced and there service is rude save your money and shop at Walmart liquor store on Howland or bj s even Sam's Club . Look at the other past reviews never again will I stop here

We bought a 750 ml bottle of Crown Royal. When we got home and opened the bottle, we realized that the seal did not tear as it usually does. It was not sealed! We went back and told the plump, fake blonde at the counter. At first she was going to exchange the bottle and then decided to call the owner. The owner said no refund or exchange. We expressed our disappointment with this matter and the clerk then said, "Where is the bag that the bottle came it". She made it sound like if we had the bag, she would exchange it. We had left it at home. I said I would go home and get it and my husband was staying behind. I didn't get out of the parking lot before my husband came out and told me they were not going to refund or exchange bag or not. I then went back in and told them that we would never buy from them and we would tell everyone about our experience. I was angry and I let them know it. I was very upset at paying almost $30 for a bottle of liquor that was inferior. The clerk accused us of buying the liquor there and then bringing a bottle that we had sitting at home back to them. I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND I DO NOT THINK LIKE THAT. Obviously, the jerks at this store are dishonest and they can think of these "schemes". Crown Royal is an excellent product. This bottle of some kind of whiskey is tasteless and not of the usual quality that we know from Crown. SAVE YOURSELF. DO NOT SHOP AT DELTONA LIQUORS!!! I cannot give this place any kind of star rating since they deserve to be put out of business. Selling watered down liquor? I think the owners should take a course in doing business with Americans and learn that good customer service goes a long way.
