Bolton's Towing Service Bolton's Towing Service has always provided damage free towing to the Winter Haven, FL area. Our service area encompasses Lakeland, Haines City, Lake Wales, Auburndale, Mulberry, Polk City and Davenport. The mission of Bolton's Towing Service is to service our customers with honesty, professionalism and today's most Up-To-Date Equipment. Bolton's Towing Service was started in 1989 with the goal of making our customers feel valued. We have 2 locations in Winter Haven and Haines City to service your needs. We operate 6 trucks and our drivers are background checked and certified through the Professional Wrecker Operators of Florida ( PWOF ).We work with auto body shops, car dealerships motor clubs and repair shops throughout the area. We also work with local law enforcement agencies and fire rescue by supplying vehicles for their training purposes. We have towed everything from helicopters to playhouses to houseboats, airplanes and motor homes. Bolton's Towing Service is family owned and operated. The owner "Joe" still answers the phone when he is available. We are an active member of our community, volunteering for the Citrus Festival, Citrus Parade, and efforts to deter underage drinking. Bolton's Towing just moved a shipping container for me. It was done at a competitive price and the driver put it in a difficult spot. He had to do some maneuvering and did so cooperatively with no complaints. I am extremely satisfied and will use them again should the need arise.

I wish I could do 0 stars, this is the worse place to deal with, especially The Rep name Mike, he is so unprofessional, rude, lack of impatient, and RACIST. We couldn’t get all cash from the ATM we were missing like 6$ and he did not want us to use our card, he said oh who knows we might disputes the charges because he saw we were black, discrimination. so we had to go to the ATM 3 times because of that. That was the worse experience we ever had with a towing company, he mad because he was supposed to leave at 5 and we were there before 5 but due to them not being inside the store we had to wait for him and then send us to get cash but yet still blamed us for that. Don’t call those unprofessional employees get someone that worth your hard work money.

They are extremely unprofessional and low class. When I called to cancel their service call, I told them I didn't need it anymore saying thanks and sorry. The owner called me back stated the sorry doesn't pay my f****ing truck payment along with other swear words. I fail to see how 100.00 would pay a truck payment. Either way horrible terrible owner ZERO STARS IF I CAN.
