        Overall

        EMDR had been suggested to me by my psychiatrist and I decided to try it out. I went to see a clinician out east and it did not work. When I moved to Arizona, I thought I would try it again. It was a whole new experience! Juniper was an excellent counselor who seems to really understand trauma and how to use EMDR effectively. It was an amazing experience and I am surprised at how much better I feel.
