Butch's Mixed Martial Arts

Big waste of money my daughter went there for like a month and didnt learn anything new,there was a minor incident with my daughter and another kid and i just stop her from going back there however a classmate of hers had a party there and she was invited, when we showed the owner (BUTCH) didnt want her to be there because of the prior incident which i think was not professional at all wouldnt recommend this place not even for my enemies. BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

The school is a joke. Teachers spend most of their time on the computer instead of actually training, and neither of them have real experience boxing, kickboxing, or doing MMA. The female instructor has been boxing "professionally" for a year and has a losing record (and was "living" with the owner if you get my drift). Owner is a local kid, turned marine, turned gym owner which is great I guess.



They will treat you like royalty when you get there, and you'll soon find yourself doing things to try to help their business because you trust them and like them. Some have designed t-shirts, some help watch his triplets, some fix his computers, almost everyone has helped build things and set up his facilities - but when it comes down to it the second you stop doing thing for them they completely turn their back on you. Ignore you, talk about you behind your back, and keep taking your money.



And it's pretty pricey! You could seriously learn everything they teach at home from a video because they're never vigilant enough to help your form. If you really want to make the investment go somewhere like Progressive where they actually teach you.
